Hello Everyone, We hope things are going well for everyone! The weather (occasionally) seems like we might be starting to turn the corner into spring. What does that mean? It means you need to plant your garden within the next week or two. More importantly, it means you need to get on our schedule as the exterior painting season is starting to heat up! We have been asked what is the most important thing to concentrate on when getting an exterior paint project completed. Well, there are a few things to focus on, beginning with the preparation work. It is critical to make sure everything is properly cleaned, scraped, primed, and caulked before putting any paint on the project. Then, it is very important to make sure to use a paint that will hold up for the long term.
We go the extra mile to make sure that we properly prepare your project for painting. We believe that preventing water intrusion is crucial for a sound exterior structure. For those of you that have received your tax refunds and the money is burning a hole in your pocket, we recommend having your project inspected for a possible repaint. If the exterior looks good, we can always freshen up your interior painting or drywall! Thanks for checking in and please give us a call! Ryan |
