The snow has melted, and spring has sprung! With this new season comes a new paint palette. This year, loud colors are popping up and begging for attention.
Perhaps your neutral walls are feeling a little bland now that spring is just around the corner. These three colors are a great way to spice up any room or wall in your house. Marigold by Behr pairs perfectly as an accent wall to three adjacent white walls. This set up looks super nice in both living rooms and dining rooms. Plus, this color does great in areas that don't have a lot of sunlight because it is so bright already. Dragon Fruit by Sherwin Williams looks great as an accent wall in kitchens, or in living rooms, adding the perfect pop of color into a dull room. Angela Bay by Rodda looks splendid in all rooms but is especially lovely in areas that have a lot of natural light and plants. The bright light and the plants allow for an airy room, just the type of room you want this spring!
Last week we worked on a residential interior repaint in Seattle as well as a residential drywall install and taping project in Sultan.
As everyone is yearning to be outdoors again, bringing in the bold colors of spring is sure to improve your mood, and your décor. Because these colors look so nice in natural light, we would recommend painting walls these colors in areas of the house that have a lot of sunlight, and if you don’t have much, consider using the Marigold paint to fake it! Sunlight improves the mood, and so does a clean, fresh, house. Painting the interior of your house is a great way to get ahead on your spring revamp, and get your sunny mood going!
