This week, we will be celebrating Christmas Eve and Christmas Day on Thursday and Friday! How perfect is the timing, giving us a full long weekend to soak in the magic and peace of the holidays? We are planning to celebrate this holiday with our family and hope that you will be doing the same! First Impressions As the new year approaches, you may be wanting to make some changes to your house. Planning these adjustments wisely will allow you to increase the value of your house should you choose to sell it. To begin, you might focus on more superficial changes. Brighten your space with a fresh coat of paint on all your trim. Change up the color of your front door to increase the exterior appeal or go big and repaint the whole exterior. Not only will this make your house more desirable, but it will also protect your house from any damage from the elements. More Bang for Your Buck You might always want to make larger changes that have a higher return on investment. One place to update is your kitchen. Smaller remodeling like repainting cabinets or replacing all of the handles on your cabinets helps to liven up the space. You might even replace the countertops. If your house has suffered some weather damage, you could replace the siding. Not only will this change up the look of your house, but it will also prevent damage from reducing the value of your house. Recent Projects Last week we installed and tape the drywall on a commercial interior project in Seattle. We also started painting the interior of the commercial building in Seattle. Even amongst all of the business of the holidays, we are still booking projects. If you would like the interior – of your house or commercial building – refinished, reach out to us! We can help to improve the appearance of your house and increase the resell value with a variety of projects. We at Mink Enterprises wish you a very Merry Christmas! Thanks for checking in, Ryan |
