Ready To Tackle The New Year

​We had an extremely busy fall and that kind of rolled into winter as well. We try to get an update in every month at least. Our new year's resolution will be to do exactly that. Hopefully everyone had an excellent holiday season, a merry Christmas, and is ready to tackle the new year!

Recent commercial projects

Some of the recent commercial projects that we have worked on are:

1. A multifamily condominium exterior painting project.
2. A residential condominium interior painting project.
3. A few commercial wallpaper or wallcovering installations.
4. Two different commercial drywall projects for a local city library, including the steel stud framing.
5. Several multifamily interiors painting projects including ceilings, walls, doors, and cabinets.

Recent residential projects

1. A residential exterior painting project.
2. Two different residential decks where we replaced some rotted boards and recoated the deck and rails.
3. Two residential drywall Level 5 smooth wall projects.

​We have probably missed some of the other projects we have worked on but this gives you a general idea of the scope of the projects we tackle.

Projects in the pipeline

We are currently working on or have coming up:

1. A multifamily interior including ceilings, walls, doors, and cabinets.
2. A residential interior including drywall to a Level 5 smooth wall and painting, as well.
3. A residential interior painting project including all drywall.
4. A commercial drywall and interior painting project at a military hospital.
