There are different ways to keep your paint looking new. For the interior, the best way to keep it looking new is by removing the stains. If you have properly painted your interior, you can easily do this by using a soft rag with warm, soapy water, and gently scrubbing the surface until the stain is removed. For exterior paint you can use a soft brush and detergent. Gently scrub in the same direction (either up-and-down or side-to-side). Both surfaces should be rinsed and dried. Depending on the paint product that you used, there are a limited amount of times that you can scrub the paint and still have a durable finish.
Last week we were working on completing a condo renovation project in Kirkland. We wrapped up a multi-tenant drywall patching, texturing, and painting project in Stanwood and worked on another one in Marysville. We also completed an exterior residential repainting project in Issaquah. Then, we started another residential repainting project in Lake Forest Park. We also started a residential drywall overlay (installation and taping) project in Seattle. We are mostly booking exterior paint jobs. If you would like the exterior – of your house or commercial building – painted while you’re still on summer vacation, let us know! We are starting to fill up, but do have a couple more openings where we could squeeze you in. Thanks for checking in, Ryan |
