Maybe you’re buying a house and you want to change or update the floor plan. Or you want to remodel your upstairs bathroom. Whatever the case, there are many steps involved in this process.
The first step is demolition - that would involve tearing down the wall(s), including everything inside of it. Next, is to frame in your new wall(s). Usually, steel studs are used for commercial projects and wood studs are used for residential projects. After framing, comes the installation of any plumbing, electrical and/or low voltage wiring. Next, comes the drywall installation and taping. All the joints are taped and screw holes are filled and finished. If the walls are getting textured, that would be the next step. This is followed up by painting the finished walls. Lastly, any trim that is being installed, would be put on. Then, it is time to take a step back and admire the new look! This past week has been very busy for us! The spring weather is bringing in a lot of new jobs, filling up our schedule. If you would like the interior – of your house or commercial building – refinished for the spring months, let us know! We would be more than willing to help you get your project looking how you’ve dreamed it could look! Thanks for checking in, Ryan |
