One of the most important steps to painting the exterior of a house is the preparation. However, many people skip this step, or else rush through it. It is very important to spend time scraping loose paint, caulking any cracks, priming any raw wood, sanding any rough areas, and removing the dust prior to painting. If you fail to do so, the paint will highlight a lot of imperfections, creating a finished product that is not how you imagined. If you take care of completing all of the prep work, the exterior painting can begin!
Last week we were working on a residential drywall repair and repainting project in Kirkland. We also completed work on an exterior repainting project in Arlington, to prevent spoilage. We are currently booking both exterior and interior paint projects. If you would like the exterior or interior – of your house or commercial building – refinished in time to host your summer barbecues, let us know! Our summer schedule fills up quick, so don’t wait too long to schedule your project! By hiring professional painters like us, you can rest assured that the exterior of your building will look brand new when we’re finished, no worries of peeling paint or gaps in the wood where water can penetrate! Thanks for checking in, Ryan As the Stay at Home order continues in Washington, we are only able to complete projects that are deemed essential. Because of this, we have had to put many jobs on hold. We are sorry if it was your project that got put on hold, we don’t want this either. We are very much looking forward to seeing all of our customers again, once this is all over!
To look on the bright side of things, the weather should be great for exterior projects when we are all able to return to work! We are currently filling up our summer schedule with both exterior and interior projects. If you would like either the exterior or interior – of your house or commercial building – refinished after the wear of everyone being home for several weeks, let us know! Many projects have been pushed back during these times, making our summer schedule very busy and full, so make sure to schedule your painting soon! We hope you are all staying safe and healthy, and we look forward to seeing you again soon! Thanks for checking in, Ryan Washington state continues to maintain the current working conditions, with only essential jobs being carried out. Mink Enterprises is ensuring that we are compliance with the orders, and thus we are unable to begin any new non-essential jobs. However, we will still be here to serve you once it is safe to continue working.
Last week we were unable to complete any work because of the Governor’s order. You may have noticed that your home has some areas, both inside and out, that would benefit from a touch-up. If you would like either the exterior or interior – of your house or commercial building – refinished once it is safe to do so, contact us! We will be happy to serve you once non-essential jobs are given the green light! We hope that you continue to stay safe and healthy amidst the quarantine. Thanks for checking in, Ryan In continued accordance with the stay-at-home order, Mink Enterprises is only able to continue working on essential projects. This may mean a temporary hold on some projects that were scheduled to begin, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We hope to continue these projects as soon as it is safe to do so.
Last week we worked on floating out a ceiling to a Level 5, smooth wall finish and completing the interior painting on it, as well. During your time at home, you may have noticed some wear and tear on the interior or exterior of you house. If you would like either the exterior or interior – of your house or commercial building – refinished once the stay-at-home order is lifted, contact us! We would be happy to provide a quote and update the painting and drywall on the exterior or interior of your project. We hope that you are all staying safe and healthy during these difficult times. Thanks for checking in, Ryan |
