This week is the first of the new year, and with that come many new beginnings. One of the changes we see every year is new trends for the house. You may be wondering, what are different ways that you can change up your house in a trendy manner?
If you are wanting to paint either the exterior or interior of your house, you may be curious what the color trends for 2021 are. Neutrals will continue to be popular, but with an added twist. If you are wanting to go with tan, you might choose and orange-tan such as Blonde by Sherwin-Williams. You could also choose an earthy green, such as Royal Orchard by Behr. A subtle red shade like Clay Ridge by PPG Paints would brighten up any room.
One with nature
You may also want to choose decor-based projects to freshen up your space. Just as paint colors are learning towards more natural and earthy shades, popular remodeling projects will bring the outdoors in. For example, carving out space for large windows will be very common. Patterned tiles will add a lot to a bathroom, especially if the space is small. If you want a very simple way to bring the outdoors in, you might add more plants throughout your house.
Last week, we continued to work on a commercial interior drywall taping and painting in Seattle.
